"Parking was super easy"
A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m glad they did. Parking nearby was really easy, which made the whole visit a lot less stressful

"Staff could be a little nicer"
Some of the staff were helpful, but a lot of them seemed kind of annoyed when I asked basic questions. It made the experience feel a little uncomfortable.

"Sound was way better than I expected"
Went to a show here last weekend and the sound really surprised me. The vocals were clear, the bass hit nicely without taking over, it just made the whole set way more enjoyable.

I’ve been to venues where everything sounds muddy and crowded, but this wasn’t like that at all. I could hear the band easily from my seat, it ended up being a really solid night...

"Decent show, but kind of confusing"
I went to a show here it was okay overall. I’m not totally sure if it was just that night or how things usually are, but the lines felt slow and the signs didn’t really make it obvious where to go. The staff was nice once we asked for help, though. The seating and sound were fine, so it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think it could’ve been organized a bit better.

"Buying the tickets was easy enough, but..."
Buying the tickets was easy enough, but actually getting inside took way too long!! The scanner line barely moved, and the staff seemed confused about how to handle mobile tickets. It didn’t ruin the whole night or anything, but the entry process definitely needs to be way smoother

"Surprisingly painless getting in"
Security was actually chill but still paying attention, which is always nice because apparently we do enjoy feeling safe. The crowd after the show moved along smoothly too, so no dramatic human traffic jam for once.

"Wheelchair seating was honestly frustrating"
The staff seemed like they were trying to help, but the wheelchair access just felt really poorly thought out. I was hoping it would be smoother, actually, let me put it this way: it felt like accessibility was added as an afterthought, and that made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

I was kind of in a hurry, but from what I noticed the venue was clean overall. The bathrooms were decent too. There were a few sticky spots by the seats, but nothing too bad...

"Tasty snacks, but pricier than I expected"
I thought the snacks were really good and definitely hit the spot. I was expecting the drinks to be a little more reasonably priced though, so that part felt a bit high to me. Overall, I enjoyed the food, but I’d probably think twice before grabbing a drink next time.

"Pleasantly surprised by the vibe"
I had a better time than I expected. The place had a really fun, lively energy without feeling overwhelming, and the seats were decent too. The crowd definitely added to the experience and made it more enjoyable. I’d happily go back again.
